The ethos guarantees each headpiece purchased is bespoke and that no two headpieces are the ever the same. The customer purchases safe in the knowledge their headpiece is one of a kind. Product descriptions, specifications, colours and pricing are subject to change by at any time, without notice. Covet has made an effort to show the colour of the garments as close to reality as possible. However, the colours that appear on the screen can vary in accordance with the quality and/or settings of your computer monitor. Covet cannot guarantee that the colours shown on the website exactly reproduce the colours of the actual garments.

Please note due to the bespoke nature of the work and for reasons of hygiene, there is a No Returns Policy. Covet takes the greatest care and pays absolute attention to the quality of the product, and the Covet policy is there to ensure that all products supplied reach you in perfect condition. However, as customer service is of the utmost importance and in the unlikely event that your purchase is unsatisfactory, please email Covet at within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please provide all relevant details and if applicable, attach an image, you will be notified how to proceed within 48 hours. Covet will endeavour to rectify any concerns. Any concern must be reasonable and amendments will be at Covet's discretion.The item must be returned in its original state and with its original packaging. In the event of a return, you will be responsible for the cost of returning said items. Covet recommends that to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. And you ensure the parcel against loss or damage. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
